Founder and broker Michael C Detana launched FYI Realty to create a flexible, client-focused real estate firm that serves both agents and homeowners alike. Initially operating from home, the company took its first physical step in April 2010 by acquiring an office at 318 Granberry St. in Old Humble. In 2014, FYI Realty expanded further, securing an incredible location at 101 Main St., right in the heart of Old Humble, Texas.
